US New Orleans Convention Center reopens ten months after Hurricane Katrina

Ten months after Hurricane Katrina the New Orleans Convention Center is open and active. The center was used as temporary safety from flood waters by New Orleans Residents that did not evacuate in 2005 while waiting for rescue.
